About MILAD HANOSH
MILAD HANOSH is an online seafood store working out of Middleton Grange, Australia, selling scampi, live oysters, clams, cuttlefish and mackerel. We started it because the freezer aisle is either full of anonymous boxes or priced for a restaurant, and there seemed to be room for something in between: a short list of seafood, packed properly, with a packing date you can read.
Our range is deliberately small. Every line is something we cook at home — scampi, live oysters, clams, cuttlefish and mackerel — and every pack is checked before it is sealed in Middleton Grange. Shellfish is inspected shell by shell, fish is checked for freezer burn and gaps in the glaze, and anything that does not look right is set aside rather than sold at a discount.
We are a small operation and we intend to stay that way. Orders placed on a weekday are usually packed the same or next day and leave Middleton Grange within 1–3 business days with tracking. We write our own product descriptions, we answer our own email in English, and if you ask how much seafood to buy for six people you get a number, not a link to a recipe blog.
Returns are straightforward: 30 days from delivery on unused items, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply in full. If a parcel arrives damaged or thawed, write to us within 48 hours with a photograph; if it never arrives, tell us within 7 days of the expected date and we will chase the carrier ourselves.
